Refund policy

We accept returns and refunds only for products that arrive damaged or faulty. To qualify, the issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you need to request a return or refund, please contact us at NextLevelInnovationstore@gmail.com with your order number and include clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect. Once your request is approved, we will provide either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Normal wear, tear, or misuse
  • Orders outside the 7-day reporting window

Processing Time

Approved refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
